    • We ship to all locations within India.

  2. Shipping Partners:

    • Orders are shipped through trusted and reputable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  3. Order Processing Time:

    • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

  4. Delivery Timeline:

    • Kerala: Delivery within 1–2 working days.

    • Outside Kerala: Delivery within 2–4 working days.

  5. Delivery Charges:

    • Kerala: ₹100 per order.

    • Outside Kerala: Maximum of ₹200 per order.

2. Delivery Terms and Conditions

  1. Delivery Timings:

    • Deliveries are made during standard business hours (9:00 AM to 7:00 PM), excluding Sundays and public holidays.

  2. Incomplete or Incorrect Address:

    • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Tonermarc is not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  3. Unavailability of Recipient:

    • If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier service may attempt redelivery. Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.

3. Inspection Upon Delivery

  1. Damages in Transit:

    • Inspect the package upon delivery. If the package is visibly damaged, please refuse to accept it and notify us immediately.

    • For damages noticed post-delivery, report the issue to our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Evidence Submission:

    • Provide a video showing the unboxing and the damaged item(s) as evidence.

  3. Replacement or Refund:

    • After verification, we will either replace the damaged product or issue a refund, as per our Return Policy.

4. Force Majeure

Tonermarc is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, transportation disruptions, or government-imposed restrictions.

5. Order Tracking

  1. Tracking Details:

    • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be provided via email or SMS., If you needed.

  2. Monitoring Shipment:

    • Use the provided tracking ID to monitor the shipment status on the courier partner’s website.

6. Cancellations and Modifications

  1. Order Changes:

    • Requests to modify shipping details must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

  2. Cancellation Policy:

    • Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

7. Legal Disclaimer

    • This policy is governed by the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
